Warranty
- The price of each appliance includes a three-month warranty, which can be extended to 12 months.
- The price for extension of the warranty is 10% of the value of the device for every three months.
- The warranty starts from the date of delivery of the appliance to the customer.
- During the warranty period, the device is serviced by an authorized technician.
- The warranty covers defects that have occurred during normal operation during the warranty period.
- The problem must be identified by an authorized technician. The problem must be fixed within a month at the latest. If the problem is not fixed within this period, we replace the appliance with another one.
- In the event of a defect, the cost of delivery and return of the appliance is at the expense of the buyer.
- Visit to an address is paid (within the city of Sofia) price BGN 24. A visit to an address outside Sofia is charged BGN 0.60 per km. in both directions
- The use of another appliance during the repair is an option which is a matter of additional agreement. Dishwasher detergent pumps are NOT under warranty, THEY ARE CONSUMABLE.
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF THE APPLIANCE HAS DECIDED AND AS A RESULT OF ADDITIONAL DAMAGES (DAMAGED GOODS) AND MISSED BENEFITS.
THE WARRANTY CANCELED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- The buyer did not present an original warranty card.
- Damage caused by improper use of the appliance. In the presence of pests (cockroaches, mice).
- Broken or cracked housing caused by impact or strong pressure.
- Established opening of the appliance by the customer or unauthorized service.
- Damage caused by overload as a result of using inappropriate or inappropriate consumables.
- Uncleaned and unmaintained machines are not accepted for repair.
- For refrigeration appliances, if the room where the unit operates has a temperature above 30 degrees
